Board and train programs are the base of our dog training business at ridgeside k9.

Puppy board and train programs. Board & train focuses on, but is not limited to the following: “premier puppy camp” program (two week puppy fundamentals) this program is specifically designed for puppies under five months of age to teach your new addition the fundamentals of reward based training which will allow them to go any direction in the future. We will also work on leash walking, stopping jumping, and house and crate training if needed.

Our board and train program is a two week (14 day) course where your dog learns all the basic commands in a variety of settings. At the completion of our board and train dog training program, we meet with you for a review of your dogs skills and a coaching lesson for you in how to maintain and further develop those skills at home. We ensure our puppy clients meet all their socialization and developmental needs through outings, rest periods, confidence building through fit paws equipment, and even spending a session attending puppy class.

We can turn your puppy into your “ideal companion” in 4 short weeks. Puppy bootcamp board and train day training private lessons doggie daycare $1,500 (two weeks of board and train including one follow up session in your home).

The adult board and train options focus more on laying a foundation for positive behaviors. When puppies join we really go to work on everything listed in first basics plan above but we add so much more. Our trainers live on site which allows for the best atmosphere for learning.

When you and your family employ these skills with consistency, your new pet will grow to be a valued member of your household. However your dog stays with us for 2 to 4 weeks while learning. Place, sit, down, heel, and recall.
